Neptune enters Taurus around Fri, 05/21/2038, 11:49 PM UTC.

The retrograde ends when Neptune turns direct.

Checked against NASA JPL’s Horizons system for 1960–61, 2023–24, 2026–27 and 2046–47: sign change times came within an hour, apart from one Neptune change that was 3 hours early, and retrograde end dates within 2 hours, so a retrograde ending close to midnight may fall on the next or previous day.
